Use the complaint registry responsibly.

Peptide Signal is operated by OMEN, an individual based in Taiwan. It is a moderated transaction complaint registry and buyer-warning record service, not a store, laboratory, healthcare provider, legal adviser, payment service, arbitrator or certification body. Public complaints reflect contributor reports in a limited transaction context. They are not independently verified, recommendations or findings of wrongdoing. Complaint counts are not ratings and are not representative of all transactions with a vendor.

Complaint eligibility and current public beta scope

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a complaint. During the current public beta, complaints are accepted only for first-hand, negative transaction problems involving delivery to the United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand. Public pages may be technically viewable elsewhere, but no other complaint-submission market is actively supported or targeted. Content reports, corrections, disputes, privacy requests and author withdrawals remain available regardless of age or transaction destination.

Use the service only where lawful and only for first-hand negative transaction complaints or private content requests.
Do not submit praise, recommendations, positive reviews, promotional content, product-effect claims or third-party stories.
Do not submit as a vendor, employee, agent or competitor, or as part of paid, pressured, incentivized or coordinated activity.
You are responsible for your submission and for removing personal, confidential, payment, health and order-identifying information from the written narrative before sending it.
A written complaint does not require an image. If the private upload control is available, it accepts only authentic, relevant seller-chat PNG screenshots from your own transaction: up to 10 images, each no larger than 5 MiB. JPEG and payment proof are not accepted.
Crop names, addresses, order numbers, payment details and unrelated messages before uploading. Do not upload identity documents, health information, full payment card numbers, bank login details or unrelated private material. The server removes nonessential embedded PNG metadata before private storage. Use only the designated complaint control; do not email screenshots.
Uploaded screenshots are available only to authorized administrators and necessary service providers acting for the site. They are never published. This version does not ask for or store permission to publish an image.
Complaints may be declined, redacted, published, hidden, removed or restored under the community rules. A visible outcome is the contributor's status at submission, not a platform decision or live case status.
Moderation checks scope and privacy. Seller-chat screenshots provide private context only; they do not verify a transaction, prove every complaint statement or establish wrongdoing. Do not rely on a complaint as medical, safety, product-quality, authenticity, legal or purchasing advice.
Contributors, vendors and affected people may report, correct or dispute content at no charge. Requests are reviewed privately and do not guarantee removal or another particular outcome.
No payment purchases ranking, publication, suppression or removal. Peptide Signal does not hold funds, provide escrow, issue refunds or compensation, or conduct arbitration.
Do not attempt to bypass anti-bot controls, impersonate others or interfere with the service.
For general questions, contact 160375036@qq.com. Do not email payment records, identity documents, health information, screenshots or other evidence files. When the private seller-chat uploader is available, it is accepted only through the designated complaint control.
The public beta may change, limit submissions or pause while moderation and anti-abuse controls are reviewed. Existing content requests remain available during any complaint-submission pause unless security or legal circumstances require otherwise.

By submitting a complaint, you confirm that you are at least 18, that it concerns your own negative transaction within the supported destination scope, and that you have read the community rules and privacy notice.
