PRIVACY NOTICE
Collect less. Publish less.
OMEN, an individual operator based in Taiwan, determines how Peptide Signal handles complaint submissions and content requests. A contributor complaint is private by default. If it is published, the public page contains a moderator-written, privacy-redacted summary and never the contributor's original narrative. If the private upload control is available, it accepts seller-chat screenshots only. Every uploaded image stays private and is never published. This version does not accept payment proof or collect permission to publish an image.

What a complaint contains
The stored record contains vendor details, destination, order month, selected complaint topics, original narrative, reported outcome and a private submission reference, together with the accepted policy version and acceptance time. The form checks an 18-or-older confirmation and required eligibility acknowledgments, but those checkbox values are not retained in the complaint record. If the private upload control is available, it may include up to 10 seller-chat PNG screenshots, each no larger than 5 MiB. The service stores image type, size, an integrity hash and a randomly generated object reference. It removes nonessential embedded PNG metadata before private storage and does not retain the contributor's original file name. It does not accept payment proof or store a choice about public image use because uploaded screenshots cannot be published in this version. Contributors should crop names, order numbers, payment details and unrelated messages before uploading. The service does not ask for a birth date or identity document. A private recovery code is shown to the contributor only once; only its one-way hash is stored. The reference and recovery code can be used together, without an account, to retrieve only a coarse moderation status. That lookup does not return the vendor, original narrative, evidence or moderator notes.
What becomes public
Only a moderator can publish a short attributed and redacted complaint summary, selected complaint topics, destination, order month and the contributor's reported outcome at submission. Original text, seller-chat screenshots, private notes, recovery data, content requests and reply email stay out of public pages. This version has no public-image permission choice and publishes no uploaded image. A chat screenshot is private moderation context, not transaction verification, and a public complaint is not a finding of wrongdoing.
Anti-abuse processing
In public mode, complaint submission, content-request and complaint-tracking forms use Cloudflare Turnstile and a salted, one-way rate-limit identifier. The application does not store raw IP addresses in its complaint database. Cloudflare processes request traffic to provide hosting and security services.
Requests and retention
A contact request can include an optional reply email, which stays private. Contributors, vendors and affected people may submit a correction or dispute at no charge; payment cannot buy removal. A rate-limit bucket is eligible for deletion after 7 days. An unreviewed private complaint is eligible after 90 days; a moderator-approved private complaint is not automatically deleted and requires a manual publication or rejection decision. Original narratives from rejected or removed complaints become eligible for redaction after 90 days once no unresolved request requires the original. Evidence attached to a stale unreviewed complaint, or to a rejected or removed complaint selected by the same 90-day cleanup, is blocked immediately and queued for delayed deletion from private object storage. The short delay prevents an in-progress upload from recreating an untracked object after deletion. A valid author recovery-code withdrawal applies the same block-first deletion queue. After 365 days, resolved requests that are not needed for a public complaint's audit history are eligible for deletion. When a resolved request remains linked to a public complaint, its free-form details, optional reply email and private resolution note become eligible for redaction from both the request and its linked audit event while a minimal structured record may remain for audit and dispute history. Moderation events become eligible after 730 days. A public complaint, the audit events needed to support it and every unresolved request are retained while needed for publication or review and are excluded from cleanup. Deleted material may remain temporarily in the hosting provider's disaster-recovery systems before those recovery points expire.
Current public beta geography
The current public beta accepts complaints only for first-hand negative transaction problems involving delivery to the United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand and only from people aged 18 or older. Public pages may remain technically viewable elsewhere. Content reports, corrections, disputes, privacy requests and author withdrawals remain available regardless of age or destination.
Why, where and how information is used
Information is collected only to receive and moderate transaction complaints, operate abuse and security controls, publish a reduced public summary when approved, review private seller-chat context, respond to content or privacy requests, and keep the audit trail needed to operate those processes. It is handled through online forms, automated security checks, private Cloudflare object storage and human moderation. Processing may occur in Taiwan and in locations where the hosting and security infrastructure providers operate. Access to original screenshots is limited to authorized administrators and necessary service providers acting on the site's behalf, unless disclosure is required by law. Public visitors may browse and submit through the site without a ChatGPT account. The moderation workspace and its administrative actions remain restricted to authorized platform identities.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to review or receive a copy of personal information linked to you, correct it, stop its collection, processing or use, or request deletion where applicable. Use the private request form or email 160375036@qq.com. If information required for a complaint submission is not provided, the submission cannot be accepted. An optional reply email is not required, but without it the operator cannot send a direct response outside the reference shown by the site.
The production image-upload switch remains fail-closed until its launch checks pass. When the designated complaint control is shown, it accepts only seller-chat PNG screenshots within the stated count and size limits. JPEG and payment proof are not accepted. Do not upload identity documents, health information, full payment card numbers, bank login details or unrelated private material, and do not email screenshots. Uploaded images remain private and are never published. To report, correct or dispute content, or request a privacy action, use the private contact and content-request form. Peptide Signal does not hold funds, provide compensation or conduct arbitration.
