This form accepts first-hand complaints about negative transaction events such as payment, non-shipment, delivery failure, a wrong, missing or damaged order, an uncompleted refund or seller support. It does not accept praise, recommendations, positive reviews, third-party stories, criminal accusations, medical or dosing content, or claims about product effects, purity or authenticity.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit. During the current public beta, submissions are accepted only for transactions delivered to the United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand. Public browsing from another location does not make a submission eligible.
