COMMUNITY RULES

Rules for transaction complaints.

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a transaction complaint.
  2. During the current public beta, submit only transactions delivered to the United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.
  3. Submit only a negative transaction problem that you personally experienced as the buyer.
  4. Do not submit praise, recommendations, positive reviews, promotional content or vendor endorsements.
  5. Do not submit on behalf of a vendor, employee, agent or competitor, or as part of paid, pressured or coordinated activity.
  6. Use dates, actions and outcomes instead of accusations, insults or labels.
  7. Do not include names, addresses, order numbers, payment details, health information or private messages in the written complaint narrative.
  8. Do not submit dosing, treatment, efficacy, health-effect or medical content.
  9. Do not make claims about product purity, authenticity, quality, safety, legality or criminal conduct.
  10. A written complaint does not require an image. When the private upload control is available, it accepts only seller-chat PNG screenshots: up to 10 files, each no larger than 5 MiB. JPEG and payment proof are not accepted.
  11. Upload only authentic, relevant chat screenshots from your own transaction. Crop names, addresses, order numbers, payment details and unrelated messages first. Do not upload identity documents, health information, full payment card numbers, bank login details or unrelated private material. The server removes nonessential embedded PNG metadata before private storage.
  12. Uploaded screenshots are available only to authorized administrators and necessary service providers acting for the site. They are never published, and this version does not ask for permission to publish them.
  13. Seller-chat screenshots provide private moderation context only. They do not verify a transaction, independently prove an allegation or establish wrongdoing.
  14. Select the resolution status that is accurate when you submit. Use the private request path if it later changes; no public status is changed automatically.
  15. Understand that a moderator may decline, redact, publish, hide, restore or remove a complaint under these rules.
  16. Use the private contact form to report, correct or dispute a published complaint, or to withdraw your own submission. These requests are free; payment cannot buy removal.

Complaints are moderated for scope and privacy, not independently verified, and are not findings of wrongdoing. This phase has no ratings or positive reviews and provides no escrow, compensation, payment handling or arbitration. Public access from another country does not expand submission eligibility; private correction, dispute, privacy and author-withdrawal requests remain available.
