METHODOLOGY

How complaint records are handled.

Peptide Signal accepts buyer-reported, first-hand complaints about negative transaction events. A public complaint is a moderator-written, attributed summary. It is not independently verified and is not a finding of fact, wrongdoing, product quality, authenticity, medical effect, safety or legality.

01

First-hand complaints only

A contributor reports a negative event from their own transaction: payment, non-shipment, delivery failure, a wrong, missing or damaged order, refund handling or seller support.

02

Private before public

New complaints stay private until they are checked against the complaint scope, community rules and privacy requirements. Nothing is published automatically.

03

Scope and privacy moderation

Moderation removes personal information and unsupported product or medical claims. Seller-chat screenshots may provide private context to an authorized moderator, but they do not verify a transaction, independently prove any complaint claim or mean a vendor or product has been certified, proven unsafe or recommended. Uploaded screenshots are never published.

04

Free correction and dispute path

Contributors, vendors and affected people can privately report, correct or dispute a public complaint at no charge. A request does not automatically remove content, and payment cannot buy removal.

05

Defined current beta scope

Submissions are limited to people aged 18 or older and transactions delivered to the United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand. Public browsing from elsewhere does not expand that submission scope. Content, correction, privacy and author-withdrawal requests are not limited by this complaint-submission rule.

This complaint-only phase has no ratings, positive reviews or paid placement. A written complaint does not require an image. When the private upload control is available, it accepts up to 10 seller-chat PNG screenshots, each no larger than 5 MiB. Payment proof is not accepted, and this version neither publishes uploaded images nor asks for permission to publish them. The service does not provide escrow, compensation, payment handling or arbitration. The visible outcome is the contributor's status at submission, not a platform decision or a live case status. Complaint counts are not statistically representative of all transactions with a vendor.
